A married couple, adults, bi-nationals. apartment for two people.
This project was developed for a married couple, for people who are already grown up and sedate. They have seen the world, live in two countries, have a country house. And in Moscow, they were looking for a certain place in the city that would meet their inner demands.
From the point of view of our special approach to the creation of each space, this interior is not just a beautiful decoration of the apartment, but the embodiment of a cozy and comfortable in all respects home for life, recreation and realization of the joint desires of customers.
It is a combination of seemingly incongruous elements: old and new, light and massive, but all this is carefully selected and worked out, which organically combines and fits into the overall space of the room.
From the point of view of our special approach to the creation of each space, this interior is not just a beautiful decoration of the apartment, but the embodiment of a cozy and comfortable in all respects home for life, recreation and realization of the joint desires of customers.
It is a combination of seemingly incongruous elements: old and new, light and massive, but all this is carefully selected and worked out, which organically combines and fits into the overall space of the room.
A 6-storey historical building, built in 1915 in the center of Moscow, was chosen for realization. It was built according to the project of architect G.A.Gelrich, and once was a profitable house of M.Malyshev. A characteristic element of the house architecture are bay windows, some of them faceted and some rounded.
In the apartment chosen by our customers there are bay windows of these two configurations, which are part of the living room-kitchen and perfectly complement its image.
When developing the planning solution, we took into account the presence of these bay windows, in the niches of which we have successfully placed one of the lounge and dining areas.
We have taken into account all the necessary areas for a comfortable stay in the entire apartment

In order for a house to become one with its inhabitants, it must be a reflection of them and have similar character traits. That is why we always try to reflect some of our customers' traits in the interior, feeling them on an energetic, sacral level.
So the external thorough and practical side of the character, which is visible to everyone, is reflected in the powerful brass dark brown entrance portals of the public area of the hall, also in the abundance of solid wood products: large book shelves, spacious kitchen from the factory L'Ottocento and the internal soft and gentle, which opens up to the closest and most beloved people - in the form of light linen wallpaper on the walls, light and thin curtains on the windows. And also the symbiosis of these opposite, seemingly opposite, features, but which are combined both in the character of one person and in this interior in the form of massive ceiling beams, finished in one of the planes with the same brass, but easily floating under the ceiling due to a certain scenario of lighting, illumination and design solution, positioned on the ceiling like the rays of the sun, illuminating everything around and warming with its warmth. Working with brass was an interesting challenge, as we wanted to achieve a certain brown color, but the brass retains its tone and continues to change its hue, remaining a living metal.

We always create the space of the house inside, not a set that will cover the walls and become a theater. Always remembering the heritage of great masters, respecting history, we build something new, organically intertwined with the existing environment. Building on the legacy of the great architects, absorbing all the values of the approach and level to the creation of the beautiful and eternal, taking into account our vision and solving the tasks and issues in the current realities.
Therefore, we also wanted to keep a reminder of the value of the building itself, which is more than 100 years old, as a symbol of eternity of beautiful moments that remain in the memory, as well as the history of life and love of our customers. And this symbol was a part of the untouched wall in the kitchen area, which is the brickwork of the time when the building was erected, which we cleaned and restored, preserving its original appearance.

The room is divided into a private and a guest area. From the hall with a dynamic rounded wall, calling to go further we get into the living room through a fascinating, large brass portal, which is like a magical passage from the cold outside world to the inner world of our customers, where everything is filled with light, warmth and soulfulness, where you can always have intimate conversations, cozy on a soft sofa by the fireplace or talk about eternal things on the armchairs in the niche of the historic bay window.
The door to the master bedroom is located in the living room, so we tried to make it invisible, so that it merges with the wall and is made in a hidden box, in the color of the walls and up to the ceiling.

Natural materials were used in the decoration to show the essence of a real, sincere inner world, as it should be, hidden from external eyes, but revealing its beauty to those who appreciate and understand. Such as: light linen wallpaper, natural wood solid wood on the floor and in the furniture, metal of natural brown tones, warm and light tones of painted furniture parts, textiles in the furniture and light curtains on the windows Loro Piana, natural marble stone on the floor and countertops.
In order for the interior to please our customers for a long time and they could enjoy the moment of life and not think about everyday things, we were very careful in choosing materials, factories and suppliers, focusing on high quality standards in the first place. The project includes materials and factories such as Schotten & Hansen - German parquet, linen wallpaper from the time-tested Vescom factory, products made of oxidized brass.

The entrance to the guest bedroom, with its own bathroom, like the master bedroom, is located in the common hall. It is also made in warm soft colors, as if inviting friends or loved ones of the customers to stay in this cozy world a little longer.
It can also serve as a study for the work of one of the spouses or guests, if necessary, for this purpose there is a comfortable workplace with a view to the courtyard and a built-in wide enough tabletop-sill made of marble, which we were able to mount without cross supports, thanks to a specially designed construction.
In order not to overload the airiness and lightness of the space with closed closets, we designed a separate dressing room in the master bedroom, as well as a separate laundry room. And in the rooms we placed small glass cabinets, which organically fit into the space and do not clutter it.

The comfort of living is ensured by the full automation of the house, which is powered by a Lutron processor. Every detail, every button, every scenario of light and climate control has been thought out to minimize movement and maximize comfort. We have thought through possible scenarios of comfortable living of our customers in this apartment so that they can fully immerse themselves in the warm and cozy atmosphere of their home and each other. And all engineering communications, automation and electrical units are hidden in large and capacious cabinets in the corridor. Control is carried out from tablets or laconic stylish keypads located on the walls.
